AMOS KOHL, farmer, Greenfield Twp., Sec. 26; P.O. Mechanicsville; born October 18, 1832, in Berks Co., Penn. In 1851, came to Wisconsin; in 1864, he came to his present owns 420 acres of land. Married Maria Grim in 1853; she was born in Center Co., Penn., in 1835; had eleven children, nine living—Mary, Henry, William, Annetta, Lewis, Emma, Tena, Charles and Mena.
