PACKARD, agent and operator of the C.,M.&St.P.R.R, and agent of the American Express Co., Martelle; he was born November 4, 1857, in Winnebago Co., Ill.; in 1878, he came to his present position; he has been engaged in the railroad business for the past four years. Married Miss E. Arnold in 1879; she was born in Jones Co, Iowa.
