Born 1834
H. H. WALDO, livery, Olin; born in Chautauqua Co., N.Y., in 1834; he came to Iowa in 1834 and settled in Maquoketa, and from there to La Moot, then to Delaware Co., and returned to Jones Co. in 1870, at Wyoming, until 1875; then to Nebraska and remained two years, and returned to Jackson Co., Iowa, and, in 1877, to Olin. Enlisted at Dubuque, from Jackson Co, Sept, 27, 1861, and was mustered out in 1863; re-enlisted and served till 1865. In politics, Republican; in religion, liberal; His first wife, Mary Percil, was born in Virginia; married January 9, 1867; died in 1869, leaving one child—Blanch. Second wife, Arabella Lynecs, was born in Canada; married in 1874, and have two children—Charles and Clarence.
