TWO JONES COUNTY BOYS DIE OF GRIPPE IN CAMP
ANAMOSA, Iowa, Oct. 17—Two Jones county boys have died at Camp Dodge from influenza. Joe Walters went to camp last week on account of the serious condition of his son, who died shortly after his arrival. The son of Dr. and Mrs. William Zimmerman is also another victim of the disease.

ANAMOSA, Iowa, Oct. 19—The bodies of William Walters and Ed Zimmerman from Camp Dodge arrived in Anamosa Thursday and were taken to their respective homes in Cass. Both boys registered June 5, 1918, having become twenty-one since the previous June. Both left for camp September 4 and were accepted September 11. They died within a few days of each other. The funeral service for both were held on Friday at their homes. The burial of young Walters was in Riverside and young Zimmerman at Prairieburg.
