Gracia Beaver was married to Joseph French in 1856, in Clay township in this county which remained their home for many years. Her husband died July 3, 1900. The funeral service took place in the U. P. church, this morning, the service being conducted by Rev. S. M. McConnell, of Garner, Iowa. After the service the remains were laid to rest in the Wyoming Cemetery.
