| Carrie Marie Ward, 34, of Tampa, Florida, and formerly of Anamosa, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015, at Florida Hospitals in Tampa.A celebration of Carrie’s life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 27, from the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held prior to the services from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa, Iowa.Carrie Marie Carlson was born on September 12, 1980, in Davenport, Iowa, to Jeffrey and Pamela (Kemp) Carlson. She attended Anamosa High School and was a graduate of River Bible Institute in Tampa, Florida. She married Burley Ward.Those left to honor Carrie’s memory include her husband Burley Ward; her parents Jeffrey and Pamela Carlson; brother Nathan (Courtney) Carlson; sister Tiffany (Dusty) Sanders; grandmothers Beverly Kemp and Virginia Carlson; aunts Kathy Swanson and family, and Julie Johnson and husband Willis and family; uncles Russell Carlson and wife Lucretia and family, and David Carlson and wife Maria and family; several cousins, nieces, nephews and her three cats.
