| Paula Moore died Friday, December 22, 2017, at St. Luke’s Unity Point Hospital in Cedar Rapids following a sudden illness.A time of visitation with the family was from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at the Goettsch Funeral Home in Monticello. Paula’s service and burial was private for the family.Surviving are three daughters, Rachel (Michael) Ernst, Forrest Park, Illinois; Andi Moore, Cedar Rapids; Lexi Moore, Des Moines; three grandchildren – Nora, James and Max; her sister, Renee Fellinger, Seattle, Washington; a brother, Paul (June) Fellinger, Monticello; two nephews – Jake Eddy and Tim (Carrie) Fellinger; two nieces, Lynn Hall and Emily (Corey) Recker. She was a mother and grandmother to many people other than her immediate family, as well. She was preceded in death by her parents.Paula Fellinger was born February 22, 1959, in Manchester, England. She was the daughter of James and Jean (Waugh) Fellinger. Paula graduated from the Anamosa Community School District with the class of 1977.She married Kyle Moore at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Three daughters were born to this marriage. Paula was employed at the Anamosa Community School District as the secretary and she also worked with special needs children. She later worked at Anna Marie’s Flower Shop and was a supervisor a Wal-Mart until she retired.
