Eleanore Louise Herzberger Brunscheen

Eleanore L. Brunscheen, 90, of Wyoming, Iowa died Monday, April 30, 2012, at Anamosa Care Center in Anamosa, Iowa.
Funeral Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 7, 2012, at Zion American Lutheran Church in Wyoming. Visitation was from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Lahey Funeral Home in Wyoming. Burial was in Wyoming Cemetery, Wyoming, Iowa.
Eleanore Louise Herzberger was born October 1, 1921 in Van Horne, Iowa, the daughter of George H. and Louise (Paulsen) Herzberger. On October 10, 1938, she was united in marriage to Marvin H. Brunscheen in Cedar Falls, Iowa. He preceded her in death in May 1984.
Eleanore was a homemaker and helped her husband with Marv's Plumbing and Heating.
She was a member of Zion American Lutheran Church, Wyoming, where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the church circle. She was also a member of Little Bear Country Club and Junior Women's Organization.
Eleanore is survived by her four children, Marilee McGovern of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Rev. Julie (Bob) May of Marion, George (Scott) Brunscheen of Cedar Rapids and Ellen (Allen) Williams of Indianapolis, Indiana; six grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two sisters, and a granddaughter.
