| Michael A. Hills, 64, of Wyoming, Iowa, passed away at his home, Sunday, October 11, 2015. Memorial Gathering will be from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2015, followed by sharing at 1:00 P.M., at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Center Point, Iowa. Burial will be at Circle Grove Cemetery, Troy Mills with military rites.Survivors include his mother, Dorothy (Mikeal) Franks, of Anamosa, Iowa; children, Rachel (Tim) Bauer, of Walker, Iowa and Sarah (Troy) Mollenhauer, of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, Amy Thompson, Shane (Thea Moe) Johannsen; brothers, Patric (Janel Johnson) Hills, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Mark (Becky) Hills, Texas; grandchildren, Natalie, Brycen, Carver, Ashley, Andrew and Randy Jr.,; nephews and nieces and his pug, PeeWee.He was preceded in death by his father and brother Steven.Michael was born on August 25, 1951, son of Harold and Dorothy (Shanks) Hills, in California. He as a proud Marine serving in the Vietnam War. Michael worked as a welder and truck driver. He was a jack of all trades. Michael loved to tinker in his shop. He loved to sing and he played the guitar, piano, harmonica and the accordion. Michael enjoyed hunting and loved his grandchildren.
