Richard H. Lang

Services were held May 7 for Richard H. Lang, 75, at the Haudenshield Funeral Home in Cuba City, Wisconsin, with burial at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Cuba City. The Rev. Angel Toro officiated at the services.
Mr. Lang, Lancaster, Wisconsin, died May 5 at his residence, after suffering a heart attack.
He was born in rural Hopkinton February 13, 1906, the son of Joseph and Mary M. Lang. He received his early education in the Monticello schools. Before moving to Wisconsin, Mr. Lang was a resident of Monticello, where he owned and operated a Conoco gas station and was a carpenter for many years. He also had a shoe business and drove a school bus in Monticello.
He is survived by two sons, Dr. Maynard Lang of Stockton, California and Dr. Kenneth Lang of Eureka, California; four grandchildren; two brothers, Edward C. Lang of Cuba City, Wisconsin and William C. Lang of Monticello; two sisters, Fredda Ketelsen of Center Junction and Carolyn Poeschl of Geneva, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Casketbearers were Leonard Guler, Delbert Guler, Earl Guffey, John Coulthard, Burl Bleakley and Larry Johns.
