Benjamin F. Lloyd Dies in Hale Home

HALE: Benjamin Franklin Lloyd died, Monday, Dec 2, at his home in Hale.
Service were held Thursday, Dec 5, at 2 p.m. at Campbell's Funeral home in Olin. He was buried in Hale cemetery.
Mr. Lloyd was born Aug 20, 1897 in Johnstown, Pa., the son of Harry and Alice Lloyd. He came to Iowa at the age of two years and has spent most of his life in Jones county. He was married Feb. 24, 1927 to Alice Richardson.
Survivors include his wife Alice; two sons, Bernard and Buddy, at home; four sisters, three brothers and other relatives.
Preceding him in death were his parents, two infant daughters, a brother and sister.
Pallbearers were Donald Wood, Omar Vroman, Dee Vroman, Ernest Behnke, Lyle Strong, and W. D. Woolison. Anamosa Journal
