Marie Theresa Nichols Lehmann Einhausen
December 8, 1864–1943
Mrs. Marie Theresa Einhausen, age 78, well-known resident of the North end, died this morning at 3:30 o'clock in Jane Lamb hospital after an illness of several weeks.
The body reposes in the Pape funeral home where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.
Marie Theresa Lehmann was born Dec. 8 1864 in Anamosa, the daughter of George and Elizabeth Lehmann. She was married Sept. 18, 1894, to Chris Einhausen who preceded her in death several years ago. Mrs. Einhausen was affiliated with the First Church of Christ Scientist.
Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Martha Harvey, Los Angles; a brother, Paul Lehmann, Cedar Rapids; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, other members of her family preceding her in death were a brother, a sister and parents.

Note: Marie T. Nichols Lehmann Einhausen was the only surviving child of four from Elizabeth Lehmann's first marriage. She owned most of the lots in the Riverside cemetery that the Lehmans and Henrys are buried. (See Lehmann family information.
