Terry Stoll, age 60, died Thursday, December 18, 2014 at his home at Cascade surrounded by his family after battling cancer.
Mass of Christian burial was held 10:30 Tuesday morning, December 23, 2014 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Anamosa. Private family interment will be at a later date. Friends called from 3 until 8 Monday at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa.
Surviving are his wife, Darcy; three children and families, Brianna (John) Lentz, Isabella and Olivia, Marion, Sam (Trisha) Joseph, Jordyn, Jacob, Monticello and Tyler (Amy Klinkafus) Abe, Iowa City; four siblings, Gary (Gwyn), Newhall, Steve (Cindy), Cascade, Stan (Sandy) Lincoln, Nebraska, Janet (Bruce) Ball, Iowa City; his step-mother, Karen Stoll, Anamosa and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Terrance Paul Stoll was born October 15, 1954 in Monticello, Iowa. He was the son of Andrew and Helen (Knepper) Stoll. Terry graduated from the Anamosa Community Schools in 1972 and later attended Kirkwood College. He opened a feed store in Anamosa and later sold feed for Simon's Feed in Farley. In 1981 he partnered with Dale (Tarz) Andrews and opened Wayne Feed Service in Cascade, a job he truly loved and was still active in at the time of his death.
Terry was a member of St. Patrick's Parish and the Knights of Columbus. He was an avid Hawkeye fan and loved golf, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
